Angoris Pignolo, Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC

Rare, wild and powerful, Pignolo is a fun discovery wine for big red lovers. Literally meaning fussy in Italian, Pignolo vines bear so little fruit that only a few wineries make it. Angoris’s rendition is pure, focused and velvety. Intriguing aromas of tar, clove, licorice, cocoa, and sweet cherry; dark, robust, and full of red cherry fruit on the palate. Pure, focused and velvety Pair with rich meats like big grilled steaks, game and braised meats with wine reduction sauces.
