From vines organically grown on a terraced, steep hillside vineyard, and relatively cool climate, the wine shows flinty minerality, freshness and subtleness. . It’s the closest thing to Meursault in the new world!

Varietals: 100% Chardonnay, Wente clone

Vineyard: Estate vineyard and small portion from Green Valley

Farming: Organic & biodynamic

Vinification: Early harvest to preserve acidity; whole cluster pressed; settled and transferred to barrel; natural yeast and malolactic fermentation

Aging: 11 months in 228 liter French barrels (25% new)
