Varietals: 100% Chardonnay, Wente clone

Vineyard: 35 year old vines planted by George Davis on a low fertility hilltop; yields 1.5 tons per acre

Farming: Organic & biodynamic

Vinification: Whole cluster pressed; settled and transferred to barrel; natural yeast and malolactic fermentation

Aging: 11 months in 228 liter French barrels (25% new)
