Domaine Vincent Gaudry Sancerre, Melodie des Vieilles Vignes

This wine is an exposition of very old vines grown exclusively on Kimmeridgian soils. The soils’ minerality is captured in the concentrated fruit, which unfolds in layers of complexity. Gaudry’s amazing attention to detail from vineyard to bottle shines through, so much so that this wine literally inspires awe among fellow sommeliers who’ve tried it.
