100% declassified Brunello, this Rosso offers remarkable structure and complexity. The vines are on average, 28 years old and production is less than 500 cases. soft and bright Rosso with pomegranate, tart cherry, strawberry, dried herb and rose character; medium body with a tangy finish.

Vineyards: Single vineyard near Altesino Montosoli and Sassetti Pertimali; 1300’ elevation

Farming: Organic

Vinification: Temperature controlled maceration and fermentation in stainless steel for 15 days

Aging: 4 months in Slavonian oak casks and 2-3 months in bottle
