Clos de l'Anhel Corbières, “Cuvée les Autres”

Sophie Guiradon combines fruit from old (100 year+) and younger vines to create this distinctive blend. Grown in gravelly, well-draining soils on hillside vineyards, the vines produce concentrated fruit that retains crisp acidity from Mediterranean winds. The wine is made with minimal intervention - no sulfur, no fining, plant-based filtration; as such the character is alive and natural. Sophie dedicates the wine to the team of “les Autres” who help her manually harvest the fruit, each of whom is named on the label.
