Reviews
• Robert Parker: 93 93+ The wines of Quintodecimo excel in terms of mouthfeel and texture, and they show a richness that is for the most part unmatched by its peers. That's one important takeaway from the 2017 Fiano di Avellino Exultet, a wine that exhibits soft and silky contours. There are no hard edges here, yet the fruit freshness and purity rise unobstructed to the top of the bouquet with effortless intensity. This beautiful wine offers classic lines and a stunning inner naturalness that is so specific to this line from the Moio family.

This grouping of wines from Luigi Moio boasts some of the very best expressions made in Campania today. I cannot exaggerate my admiration for these efforts made by one of Italy's most celebrated professors of viticulture and enology and his family in the Mirabella Eclano subzone of Avellino. Quintodecimo is a benchmark for Campania wines.
• Decanter: 93 From 12ha of hillside vineyards at 420m altitude, benefiting from warm days and fresh nights, this is tighter and more restrained than the same producer’s Falanghina. Vivid intensity, lime flower on the nose, stone fruit flavours and a tangy finish.

Drinking Window 2018 - 2022
• Vinous / Ian D’Agata: 90 90+ Pale straw-green. Slightly reticent aromas and flavors of ripe yellow apple and pear, complicated by white flowers and minty herbs. Picks up a riper note of apricot on the long, saline, very lemony finish. This needs to be cellared for another year at least, but I also think its expression is currently slightly compressed by the hot 2017 growing season.
• JamesSuckling.com: 94 The vibrant and complex aromas of white and yellow peaches lead into a succulent and elegant palate with a lot of energy. Very long and powerful, salty-mineral finish.
